Delivering lesson plans and learning/ preparing activity samples for the students having high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching and demonstrations.
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in science education or another related field.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Preferred- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (for technical teacher).
- Degree/ Diploma in ATD/BFA/Art & Craft / Handicraft (for DIY Handicraft teacher).
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering lesson plans and learning/ preparing activity samples for the students.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of methods
- Differentiate activity when needed to give all students access to the curriculum regardless of disability, instructional level, English proficiency or level of interest in the subject.
- Evaluate student performance on tasks established by the standards set by the central team. Conduct volume-wise assessments, workshops, exhibitions, events, etc as set by the central team.
- Maintain a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modeling expected behavior and standards, promoting positive interactions and quickly addressing behaviors that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, potential and behavior periodically through phone or electronic means and at parent and teacher conferences.
- Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes, attending workshops and discovering new methods of delivering exciting content to students.
- Attend all training sessions scheduled by the central team.
⩔English Curriculum Planner⩔
- Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented curriculum planners who will be interested in creating engaging lesson plans and quality resources that ensure a successful teaching-learning process in the classroom environment. The individuals should also have an understanding and be aware of how digital technology has reshaped education.
Role and Responsibilities
- Researching and developing quality lesson plans and learning resources for grades 6 to 8.
- Targeting achievable and productive learning objectives for each chapter
- Including interdisciplinary questions and activities.
- Using effective and relevant teaching methodologies and strategies
- Creating a plan that ensures an interactive classroom environment and aims at the holistic development of the learners.

⩔Learning Specialist – Math / Science ⩔
- Job Description:
A Learning specialist researches, conceptualises, builds and delivers various educational activities and tools, learn to empathize with the learner and tailors the tool to fit their needs; These will be both physical products (books, toys, programs) and digital products (websites and apps) built for the classroom. The ideal candidate should have the ability to get things done; move fast and be proactive and most importantly should have the ability to learn.
Required Candidate Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Maths or Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Maths / Science to Primary / Secondary Grades
- Including interdisciplinary questions and activities.
- To be creative and couumicate with clarity
Key Responsibility:
- Research, Ideate and define the scope of the new curriculum activities, tools and ideas and capture it through clear documentation
- Develop content, build prototypes, interact with 3-14 yr old students, test and collect feedback from classrooms.
- Understand the impact of the learning methodologies through key metrics and improve on them.
⩔Coordinator⩔
- Job Description:
Hiring an experienced educator to manage academic operations at a specific grade level; in line with the vision and mission of the organization. Ensuring high levels of academic results, academic data management & parent satisfaction. The ideal candidate needs to be academically strong with a flair for coordination and people management.
Required Candidate Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Arts & Commerce.
- Minimum B.Ed Experience: 5 to 6 years of work experience in academics with a minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Coordinator / Supervisor / HOD / Examination Head / Lead Teacher / Head Teacher.

Key Responsibility:
- Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration in an optimal manner, ensuring excellence in academic results and student discipline
- Coordinate with Central Committees to implement the curriculum as per guidelines
- Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance.
- Effectively ensure that the teaching staff is optimally engaged at all points in time and all additional academic work is timely completed
- Effectively ensure that all process is followed in line with the policies laid down by the Board and Central Committees
- Coordinate with the Principal and management to ensure the information called for by the board, education department and central office is shared with them within timelines and as per guidelines
- Assist the Principal in effectively implementing any policies or any updates received.
